Colours are easy to use and true to label. Lots of shades available and the gel is smooth flowing.Most recently, I used them on rice paper for butterflies to a) colour the water and b) on the dried rice paper either straight or blended with a little alcohol. Fabulous colours/ effects

These bags are awesome! They are extremely tough and did not break even though exposed to a lot of repeated pressure over a period of 4 hours. I successfully iced all of my gingerbread using multiple bags and different colours. Highly recommend you buy the bulk box if you regularly bake as it will be more cost efficient.
