YOU WILL NEED -
Mix 1kg, Water 145mL, Melted Butter 188g
METHOD -
1. Blend all ingredients together on slow speed for 1 minute
2. Mix on slow speed for a further 1 minute
3. Spread on standard baking tray and cover with silicon paper half way
through baking time, to avoid crusty top
4. Oven temperature 160°C for 30 minutes
Ingredients:
Sugar, Wheat Flour, Dark compound chocolate (14%) (sugar,
vegetable fat (vegetable oil, emulsifiers (322 soy, 492)), Cocoa powder,
Milk Solids, Salt, Natural Flavour, Cocoa powder (7%), Egg Powder,
Natural Flavour, Raising agents (450, 500)

Contains: wheat, gluten, egg, milk, soy, May be present
due to shared equipment: sulphites
Storage: Below 25C, dry and dark conditions.
