Join Leah for an beginners fondant decorating class where you’ll create a beautiful Christmas themed cake.
Taking the idea from the traditional lambeth style piped cake but in Fondant.
This class you will be decorating a real cake, you can choose either White Chocolate with raspberry filling or Traditional Fruit Cake.
What You’ll Learn
Throughout the class, you’ll learn:
● Techniques how to prepare your cake for Fondant Covering
● Fondant covering
● Creating decorations out of fondant using moulds
● Learn the best way to use plunger Cutters with Fondant
● Adding Sprinkles to Fondant
What You Get
This Class you will receive 1 piped boarder mould used for this class to take home.
Your complete decorated Christmas Cake.
This class is not suitable for ages under 13years
What to Expect
This is a technique-focused class combining hands-on decorating and demonstrations. You’ll work with both real cake while learning a variety of decorating techniques.
Please note that the finished design may vary slightly depending on individual decorating style.
Tea, Coffee, Water provided on the day. All tools will be provided on the day, and your decorated cake is yours to take home!
