Great product
The Buttacake mix was easy to prepare, and produced a beautiful moist cupcake. I used it to make a wedding cupcake tower all the guests raved about how delicious and moist they were. Would definitely use again. I did however add some softened butter to mix while mixing to give it a stronger butter taste, and softer crumb.
