Pettina Chocolate Paste is a rich chocolate coloured and flavoured paste that easily disperses in icings, cake batters and doughs. Also added to Mud Cake batters to give a rich, dense chocolate character.

Bakels Chocolate Paste 100g

Converts vanilla cakes to chocolate cakes.
Ready to use.
Use approximately 15 grams of Chocolate Paste for each 1kg of icing, cream or cake batter
