Description
Vivid Raspberry Flavour Fusion adds a bright, fruity raspberry flavour to buttercream, ganache, cake batter, cookies, candy, chocolate and creams.
Flavour Fusions are oil-based, so they won’t bake out like traditional alcohol-based extracts. Use approximately 1/4–1/2 teaspoon per kg of batter. They’re concentrated, so add a little at a time and taste as you go.
This 100ml bottle is the bigger, better-value size for regular bakers and cake businesses. Just want to try it first? It also comes in a 21ml bottle.
