Description
Vivid Marshmallow Flavour Fusion adds a soft, sweet marshmallow flavour to buttercream, ganache, cake batter, candy and creams.
Flavour Fusions are oil-based, so they won’t bake out like traditional alcohol-based extracts. Use approximately 1/4–1/2 teaspoon per kg of batter. They’re concentrated, so add a little at a time and taste as you go.
