YOU WILL NEED -
1kg cookie mix , Butter 370g, Water 110mL,
Golden Syrup 185mL
METHOD - 1. on low speed Cream Butter and
golden syrup for 1 min, add water and cookie mix and mix again for 1 - 2 min.
Do not overmix. 3.Roll out and cut as required.
4. Baking temperature 180°C.
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour, Sugar, Ginger (2.5%), Milk Solids, Spices,
Raising Agents (450, 500, 541) Malt Extract
ALLERGENS:
Contains Gluten, Milk. (May Be Present: Tree Nuts,
Egg, Soy, Sulphites & Sesame
Storage: Below 25C, dry and dark conditions.
