Colour Mill Candy Oil Blend is an oil-based food colouring in 20mL. It is made for colour-rich cake decorating and is a practical choice when working with buttercream, chocolate, cocoa butter, fondant, ganache and cake batter.
Shake well before use, then add colour gradually and mix between additions until you reach the shade you want. A small amount can go a long way, so building colour slowly gives you more control over the final finish.
