Pastry width measuring guide on mat surface on 1 side, and macron baking guides on the other side.
BPA free, made from high quality platinum silicone, too last baking over 2000 times. Suitable for doughs, pastries, cookie dough and fondant icings.
Can be baked on, or frozen with a temperature range of -40°C to 230°C.
Mat is dishwasher safe.
