Description
Sugar Crafty mermaid tail silicone mould, made out of a silicone system specially formulated for use in food and confectionery and complies with FDA regulations.
Available sizes
- Small: cavity measures approximately 8.0cm in length and maximum width of 5.5cm
- Large: cavity measures approximately 9.5cm in length and maximum tail width of 7.0cm
For best results use with flowerpaste, modelling paste, fondant (with tylose as hardener), marzipan and more.
Instructions
For best details, tap in a small amount of paste with a small rolling pin. Roll gently over the silicone mould and remove excess paste with a blade tool rather than a knife to avoid damaging the mould. For easy release, the mould can be lightly dusted with cornflour.
