This is a tool designed to make short work of the concave curves, as in Horseshoe; Teardrop; Half-Moon; etc. It is a narrow SIDE EDGER, with a very smooth curved face which will smooth out the side of the shaped cake leaving it vertical, and at the same time, it will smooth out the paste on the board surface and clean up the join in between, the same as the SIDE EDGER. If the board has a larger area than can be covered by the base of the INSIDE CURVE tool, then use the front edge of the SUPER SMOOTHER to smooth out and neaten the board surface.
