Cake Art Non Stick Sugar Powder – 500g
A multi purpose sugar blend developed for cake decorating.
A silky feel with non stick qualities. It is designed to work with coloured icings when kneading, rolling out and buffing, as any excess can be easily brushed off or buffed into the surface maintaining the brilliant colours. For use as a dust on your bench, rolling pin or anywhere that requires a non stick result. Ideal for use with sugar pastes, perfect for fine cut outs and flower petals. This sugar blend helps to release sugar paste from silicone moulds. Recommended to use in humid conditions to assist in creating a matt finish to cake icings & air brushing after dusting with decorating sugar gives an even colour. It can be mixed with the Cake Art dusting powders as an extender to create a more gentle and even coverage. The benefits to cake decorating are endless.
