A chocolate coloured, high quality Ganache for decorating and enrobing.
Bakels Chocolate Ganache is a ready made ganache which is smooth and extremely easy to apply. It can be heated to be applied warm or used for dipping. The ganache can be reheated by microwave, double skinned saucepan or bain marie.
Bakels Chocolate Ganache is packaged in a convenient piping bag. Simply warm the ganache, cut the tip and squeeze the ganache out of the bag.
Use it to fill between layers of a cake, pipe onto cupcakes, drizzle over pastries and more. It is ideal for creating perfect chocolate drips on the ever popular drip cakes. The list is endless and only limited by your imagination.
