Great for beginners this class will be perfect for students wanting to learn how to ganache cakes prior to fondant covering and also learn how to stack, layer, smooth and decorate with an edible icing print and edible sugar flowers...

This will be a double two caked stacked 5-inch Round Chocolate Mud Cake.

Students will learn through demonstration and instruction and be guided through each decorative design at a comfortable pace and be given class notes enabling them to replicate the techniques learnt in class.
