Mini Mermaid Tail Cake Class (SAT 5th July 1.30pm)

Great for beginners this class will be perfect for students wanting to learn how to Buttercream cakes, learn how to stack, layer & smooth this Tall Mini Chocolate Mud Cake. Tips and Tricks on using moulds and hand making and sculpturing fondant icing.

This class will also include a Silicone Mermaid Tail to take home for your own collection.

Students will learn through demonstration and instruction and be guided through each decorative design at a comfortable pace and be given the experience to replicate the techniques learnt in class. 

Stack and fill cake,  crumb coat with Purple Colour Mill Buttercream and techniques on getting it smooth.

Everything is included for this class, Apron, Completed Cake in a cake box to take home, Complimentary Tea, Coffee & Water
