Sugar, Water, Glucose (contains preservative (220) sulphites), Gelatine, Natural Flavour, Preservative (202)

Heat the required quantity to a hot syrup between 60−80°C and whisk to full volume.

For piping on biscuits, decorating etc.

Also once whipped it can be added to to

final stages of your buttercream
