Product description
Whip ‘n Ice is a frozen dairy whip product for cake icing and filling. Produces a smooth, light and creamy whipped cream.
Simply thaw, shake and whip, up to three times its liquid volume.
Keep frozen between -18°C to -25°C. Once opened, store at 4°C and use within 7 days.
Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Hydrogenated palm kernel oil, Corn Syrup, Dextrose, Milk Solids, Emulsifiers (322 soy, 435, 471, 475), Stabilisers (415, 464), Preservatives (202, 211), Soy Protein Isolate, Acidity regulator (331), Salt, Natural Flavour, Natural colour (160a)

How to use:Allow Whip’n Ice to defrost and then pour it into a mixing bowl and add any water-based colours or flavours and then whip it with a wire balloon attachment at a medium speed until it stiffens to your desired consistency. Then it’s ready to use!
After being whipped, Whip n Ice can be kept out of the fridge for 5 days or stored for 5 weeks in the fridge.
