Menina fondant is a smooth, soft and flexible fondant perfect for decorating cakes, cupcakes, biscuits/ cookies, etc.
It is stable in high ambient temperatures and less prone to ‘sweating’ in times of high humidity. The low molecular size compounds ensure a silky smooth finish to your masterpiece, with no grittiness or cracking on corners.

Ingredients: sugar, liquid glucose, derived maize starch, water, vegetable fat and oils (seed oils), food colour (various), sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (E466), glycerine (E422), potassium hydrogentartrate (E366), glycerol monosterate (E471), flavour, potassium sorbate (E202), acidity stabiliser (E260), emulsifiers (E475, 473, 570, 420), sulphur dioxide (E220).
Gluten, soya and egg free. Contains sulphites.
