Bakels Buttacake Cake Mix produces a cake with a rich butter flavour. Sturdy enough to cover in fondant, but light enough for cupcakes, it's no wonder is one of our best selling cake mixes!

Wheat flour, Sugar, Vegetable fat (vegetable oil, emulsifiers (471,477), antioxidant (307)), Milk solids, Vegetable oil (antioxidant (307)), Raising agents (341, 450, 500), Whipping agent (emulsifiers (472b, 477), glucose, milk solids), Thickener (1422), Dextrose, Mineral salt (327), Salt, Emulsifier (481), Vegetable gum (415), Flavours (contain milk and soy), Natural colours (100,160a).
Contains: gluten, milk and soy.
May be present due to shared equipment: tree nuts, egg, sulphites and sesame.

Storage:
Below 25¡ãC, dry and dark conditions.

Features: Produces a rich butter flavour. Add eggs and water only.
Can hold fruit and nuts. Deposits readily into selected forms.
Excellent shelf life. Can also be made up the day before, held under refrigeration and baked off the following day.
