Fondant Iced Christmas Cake Class - SAT 23rd NOV 1.30pm
Learn how to cover a cake with ready made fondant, you will be covering a Chocolate Mini Mud Cake Covered in Chocolate ganache and learn how to get a smooth finish with nice edgings on your cake, ready for decorating. You will also discover some creative tips and skills for achieving a professional finish using low-cost tools and equipment found in most kitchens.
Once you have learned how to apply rolled fondant, you will get creative by modelling the berries and holly leaves and decorating the cookies with fondant and edible paint.
If you're a beginner, this workshop is perfect for you! You'll be guided through each step.
At the end of the workshop, not only will you have gained valuable skills but you'll also take home your beautifully decorated cake in a provided cake box.
